Project Entropia has captured the imagination and pocketbook of many people around the world. It made headlines over the last decade with a series of record breaking auction prices for virtual items. For instance, the latest record set was for an in game asteroid at three hundred and thirty thousand dollars USD when the auction closed just before Christmas 2009.
Crystal Space Station Sold was written by me after I followed the auction. There are some other auction prices on that blog to help a person to decide what some of the properties are worth. Storekeepers to land masses the prices are really far ranging and it is nearly impossible to gauge the real values. So I did my part tracking the ones I have seen.
